Expected Shipping Times

Standard domestic orders typically arrive 3 – 9 business days after shipping. Express domestic orders should arrive within 1 – 2 business days after shipping. For all delivery options, please allow additional time for orders shipping to rural areas. You may experience extended processing & shipping time during holiday seasons.

Pending customs, US orders should arrive 5 – 14 business days after shipping.

In-Store Pick Up

You may choose to pick up your order in-store at our Yorkville location, free of any shipping or handling charge. In-store pick ups may take up to 24 hours to process, however it may be ready sooner (as early as the same day). Please wait to receive your notice before you visit us. You may pick up your order up to 14 days after receiving notification that the order is ready.

Please Note: If your order is not picked up within 14 days of receiving your email your order will be considered cancelled and will be returned to your original form of payment. Sale items will be automatically returned to eGift Card. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at and we will do our best to make adjustments before your package ships. Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes to the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details.


If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, a claim needs to be filed with the designated shipping courier. If a parcel shows it has been delivered through a trackable number and the customer is unable to locate their package, COLONY WHOLESALE will not issue a refund or store credit.
