Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
For purchases made online, you can return your items through the mail or in store. Exchanges for online orders can be made in store or by mailing back the items back to our Yorkville location and placing a new order.
Full Priced Merchandise
We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition with tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Sale items marked down less than 50% can be returned for store credit via eGift Card within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items marked down more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
In-Store Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
For purchases made in-store, you can return your items for an exchange or store credit.

We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition with tags attached for store credit via eGift Card within 14 days of the purchase date. Please bring your original receipt and items to 2934 Baseline Rd. Unit 408, Nepean, Ontario K2H 1B2.
All sale items purchased in-store are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return & Exchange Details
All returns and exchanges must:
- Be in original condition and must not be washed, damaged, or worn.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Proof of purchase is required upon return.
- Nursing Bras should be tried on with protective nursing pads.

Please note that all returns are subject to approval by COLONY WHOLESALE and that COLONY WHOLESALE reserves the right to refuse a return, in its sole discretion if these conditions are not met.
How to Make a Return
To begin the return process email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery date (provided by your tracking number), with the following information:
- Full name & order number*
- Which pieces would you like to return?*
- Why the pieces did not work out (If you would like to explore alternative styles).
*Mandatory to authorize a return or exchange.
Once we receive your email, we will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
If a refund has been processed, any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
